The Language Unit is embarking on a Curricular Transformation focused on competencies. On May 2010, English supervisors and assisstant supervisors participated on a seminar designed to analyze and learn how to plan using the SIOP model.

The Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP) was developed to make content material comprehensible to English Language Learners.
